Puriri Court Facility

Experienced aged care providers

Our Facility

Puriri Court Lifecare offers high quality professional aged care with a strong focus on providing support and understanding for our residents and their families.

We understand very well the emotional, technical and also simply the challenges of process faced by relatives who are considering permanent or short term residential care for their loved one. The issues involved in having an elderly family member assessed for care, sorting the funding and the paperwork can be daunting and is often emotionally stressful, both for the incoming resident and their families. Most often the family member or friend who is organising the admission will have had no previous experience with the various issues involved.

It is our goal at Puriri Court to make the transition into aged care a positive, friendly and warm experience. Wendy Smith along with the rest of our management team are more than happy to answer any questions you may have, and will actively guide the process for you if you wish.

Puriri Court Lifecare has a Cuisine Department inspired by great taste as well as good nutrition. We have a six week rotating menu that offers a wide selection of foods. We provide a range of meal arrangements for residents depending on each person’s needs, including breakfast in bed every morning. The main meal of the day is lunch, which is served at midday. Special diets, likes and dislikes are catered for and an alternative choice is always available.

Care, Comfort and Companionship

At Puriri Court Lifecare we think family and companionship is an important part of experiencing a fulfilling lifestyle, especially as you get older. Our residents are well looked after throughout each day by our friendly team of carers and support staff, all of whom will get to know you as they take the time to offer a cheerful greeting or friendly chat whilst they go about their daily routines.

We operate an open door visitor policy for family and friends who are always welcome to share our communal spaces and gardens. Our grounds include extensive decks and well-kept gardens – with our ancient Puriri tree as the centrepiece – for residents and visitors to enjoy year round.

My sincere and grateful thanks for the high quality of care you provided for my loved one. He would wish me to thank you all for caring for him.

Thank you for the understanding and support, and anticipating our needs.

Thank you so much.
