Chairman’s Update – Winter 2018

Well it has been a very busy last six months at Heritage.

We’ve welcomed a number of new facilities into the Heritage group, bringing us up to 2,024
(1,895 actual) beds and 508 village units, making us a sizable operator in the New Zealand
Aged care market. As we grow, it’s important we continue to deliver the best quality of care
and resident experience, which will enable us to grow our reputation as a provider of choice.

I’ve visited many of our facilities over the last few months and I’m always so very grateful
for the warm and friendly welcome which I receive. It is evident to me from my visits that
our people are making a positive difference in the lives of our residents, ensuring they have
a Better Everyday.
