Spiced Turmeric Latte

Considering our last recipes were so well received, we thought it would be great to offer more! Several studies have shown that turmeric is an effective spice for treating joint inflammation – and is made all the better when paired with cinnamon and ginger! Turmeric lattes are warming, nourishing, and incredibly good for you. It goes great with chocolate too, making it a perfect pair with our last recipe for chocolate mousse.
