Wellbeing for 2019

For many of us it’s back to work, and rather than a quote this week, we think it’s time to take stock of ourselves for the new year per the Mental Health Foundation’s suggestion, keeping in mind the 5 Ways To Wellbeing:

  1. Connect, me whakawhanaunga
  2. Give, tukua
  3. Take notice, me aro tonu
  4. Keep learning, me ako tonu
  5. Be active, me kori tonu

Stay good, and stay positive! This way we can make a more caring place for ourselves, families and loved ones – particularly in aged care!
