Robyn started as Facility Manager in 2018 and is proud of the fact that at Heritage, people are treated as individuals. “The difference here is that people really feel cared for, they can ask questions and know that the staff will take an interest.

She’s adamant that this part of their lives should be just as much fun as the last which is why she’s such a big advocate of the activities here. “It gives people something to look forward to, and creating experiences for our residents is what Heritage stands for. Our programmes are designed around the people that live here which is just one of the ways we make it ‘A Better Everyday’ for everybody here.
