Betty likes a laugh which is what she does when we ask what 'A Better Everyday' means to her...
We’re here to make a better life for our residents. They’ve worked hard and they deserve respect and dignity, and that’s what they’re going to get here
The difference here is that people really feel cared for, they can ask questions and know that the staff will take an interest. Being listened to is very important to our residents.
I do enjoy working with the elderly and that’s why I stayed, I’m a stayer. I like all the different characters here.
To me 'A Better Everyday' means different things to different people and they really get that here
The people who live here are the heart of the whole place, without them we don’t have our Care Home.
All we need is good staff and to know we’re looked after and we’ve got that here
What I love about Heritage is the people you meet, the people who live here and the genuinely lovely staff who get to know residents one-on-one.
