Stillwater Lifecare has fully embraced the specialness of Te Wiki o te Reo Māori, Māori Language Week. New te reo Māori door signs were introduced, encouraging both residents and staff to try out new words. Activities incorporated poi with music, adding movement and a deeper connection to te reo Māori. Exploring the map of Aotearoa, everyone had the chance to find their home region and practice pronouncing te reo Māori place names.
