A day of double celebrations unfolded at Palmerston Manor, as staff and residents combined their therapy dog Arti's 11th birthday with Alzheimer's Awareness Day - a fun mash-up of all things canine and purple! Everyone donned shades of purple and enjoyed a dog cake in Arti's honour, before taking a scenic van ride to the local wind farm, where there were lots of memories shared about their wonderful local community.
