Palmerston Manor Lifecare honoured Anzac Day by attending the Civic parade in Palmerston North. Following the parade, residents came together to bake traditional ANZAC biscuits, while their chef shared the history behind the biscuits. Afterwards, staff assisted the residents to create poppies for the dining table displays, as a symbol of remembrance and respect.
