Luaipouomalo Uliefu has been a chef with Palms Lifecare & Village for 5 years and recently completed her level 3 Cook qualification through Ignite Colleges. She managed this while continuing to work, changing her hours to fit around her study. As a result, Pou has been selected for a Prime Minister’s Scholarship to attend a Culinary Course for 6 weeks in Singapore in February! The Palms whānau are so excited and proud of her dedication and hard work. Pou is a true role model for her teammates, whānau and the wider Samoan community in South Auckland.
